Polat Palandoeken Hotel - Erzurum

The hotel had great facilities such as a ski slope and a cozy café at the top. It was conveniently located close to the skiing area and provided free transfers. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any queries.

spa area. has its best years behind it. sauna doesn't work like that. no water for the sink. relaxation room not available. pool landscape has nothing of coziness. seems very cold. loungers had no support. fitness room was perfect even if i would have liked a better view. has a cellar character but the equipment was top. restaurant was good but not outstanding. outside area i would have wished more. seemed chaotic. if i do not want to put tables and chairs, i put them in the cellar or somewhere else but not where one wants to have fun. there is no flair. thanks to the staff the friendliness outweighs.

Good We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the service was exceptional, with friendly staff eager to fulfill our every need. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage facilities allowed us to unwind in complete comfort. the restaurant provided delicious meals, with the in-room breakfast being an added bonus. the location advantages of the venue were evident, with stunning views of the surrounding area.

this did not take away from our overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel is situated close to the ski slopes, making it ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. the room was comfortable with a decent bathroom, and the breakfast offered a good variety of food. the lobby bar was renovated and perfect for relaxing with a drink after a long day of skiing.

The gym and wellness area were not well-maintained, dirty, and smelly, with no clean towels available. This was disappointing as these facilities were included in the room rate.

Everything was fantastic.

Spent my Christmas holiday at a great hotel for winter sports. The location was perfect - close to the skiing area and with amazing views of the snowy mountains. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay unforgettable. The restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. , the spacious rooms and comfortable beds made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few things that could have been better. The swimming pool was very cold and not very pleasant to swim in.

Spent Easter holiday at a hotel in Palandoken and had a wonderful time. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. the restaurant offered a buffet with plenty of options and the breakfast was delicious. the location is perfect for skiing enthusiasts and the hotel organizes daily transfers to the ski area. Another amazing aspect was the heated indoor pool which provided a nice distraction after a long day of skiing.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use a renovation, particularly the bathroom. the Wi-Fi signal was a bit spotty and unreliable in some areas of the hotel.
